The Bitcoin Standard first, then the Fiat Standard. Haven't read the third book
You need to first learn what real money is to have the context necessary to see the ills of fiat.

For understanding, I would recommend Principles of Economics, then The Bitcoin Standard, then The Fiat Standard.
For causing someone into the rabbit hole, do The Bitcoin Standard first. You risk boring them out if you give them Principles of Economics first. The former is way more exciting and engaging.
Machete order of course.
