Why fork ETH over using BTC?
Curious if you considered existing / upcoming BTC based fungibles for asset control.. ?

To be honest I had not. My thought was to not add a burdensome load to the BTC network, and I have a corporate-level readership so I have to present proven tech when suggesting a new idea. The ETH protocol has the things I need to make the idea work already built-in, the BTC protocol does not.
