I use it for almost everything since living in a (work in progress) bitcoin circular economy. Rent, food, cafes/restaurants, shopping, motorcycle/car rental, buying surfboards, paying for things online, reimbursing friends for stuff via LN invoice, etc. Only still use cash for the fruit/veggie/eggs truck and sometimes the bus.

Online. BTC was made for it. Scan QR tap confirm and done.
I don't have cellular service. I refuse to pay a phone carrier so they can track me via a SIM card. I loathe being interrupted by spam calls too.
So for someone like me who dosen't have internet on the go, its really hard to pay with BTC in person. IMO, handing someone a piece of paper to settle txns IRL will always be the simplest.

I hodl the vast majority of my Bitcoin but in terms of spending I've only used it for online purchases.
Would love to use it in real life but haven't found a place near me with stuff I want that also takes Bitcoin
