Time never started and will never ends.

And there is no past, present or future. Only moments in time.

All moments are already there all at once. ie infinitely forward and backwards.

We are just swifting through these moments in time in forward direction, and our senses are telling us the time is moving forward while actually time is already there and we are just moving forward in time.

So according to this thought we can move backward in time same as the way we move forward in time, but we dont know how for now.

And this time travel is not like that is shown in the sci-fi movies like when we move backward in time we see our older self. It will be just like moving forward in time but in opposite direction.

But it will create total chaos for others who is moving forward in time, so lets finish this now and lets stick to the concept of moving forward in time.
