One of Portugals biggest supermarket chains has just had vouchers listed on https://bitrefill.com
It's now easier than ever to live on a sat standard!
All bitcoiners are urged to get these vouchers, and tell Pingo Doce staff they were bought with Bitcoin. Perhaps they will decide to accept Bitcoin directly... ?

Really pleased for you. Plus, always thought of taking a trip over there. Sounds real nice!

Visit Braga, they have 9 places on https://btcmap.org, catching up with Lisbon!
#10 is in the works
And yes, it started with the usual "Do you accept Bitcoin"
And got to the next step with a "Will you sell me this low value item for Bitcoin, so I can show you how it works?"

Hey, very well done.
Thanks, I'll put some flags on OSM for the future.

I saw that - well, Bitrefill normally profits from buying vouchers at a discount, so it's probable that no discount was provided (by the voucher printers) in this case. I've not seen markup fees before, on Bitrefill.
Perhaps if it can be shown that there is demand, a better rate would be negotiated!

tendo em conta que o pingo doce sempre teve preços altos.. esse 6,5 transforma-se em muito mais... enfim
