Yes. PayJoin is one of the first CoinJoin implementations and it is supported b Sparrow Wallet and BTCPay Server so if you ever make a payment to a dedicated BTCPay server with PayJoin turned on, then your transaction will include a couple of extra inputs where you are swapping one with the recipient.
I would be nice to see PayJoin become the standard for all wallets so we all gain privacy every time we spend.

I use Sparrow but never tried this functionality before. How about rates compared to other coinjoin services such as Whirlpool?

It's not like other CoinJoin services. It's just a normal transaction but with more inputs and outputs so the miner is just a little bit higher.
