Yeah sounds like a mass payment distribution from some company or something similar. That's my only thought. Or an attempt by a miner to spam tx's to raise fees even higher so they rake in more.bitcoin when they mine the block

I was watching Mempool for a few minutes while the fees are pretty high. (Low Priority is 145 sat/vb)
I was seeing a whole bunch of transactions coming up for $0.23 with priority fees attached.
I captured this screen grab of it, but there were so many more, and they are still coming through. It's probably 20 percent of the Trx's I'm seeing right now. Any explanation you can think of?
