Why not acquire LN over robosats or the LN telegram bot? When your channel is full or you have more than 1m you can swap on chain with boltz or again robosats

So in that sense nothing is really non-kyc as you are relying on third-party established financial institutions. Unless you are buying cash or mining in a certain way.

There are services to get a one-time phone number to use at certain ATMs or you can get a prepaid phone w/service for cheap and use that one.
