Thx for the highlight! Keeping an backup of you mails is important and I expect the app will add this feature somewhere in the future.
I’ve migrated from gmail to protonmail early 2022 and I’m still happy with it. Only the search has difficulties finding the right mails from the early days (2004 - 2013).

i migrated everything to proton. i like it but now i wish maybe i had looked into other things some more. i don't want to go through this process again. there are other little things that are very annoying.

It's still in beta. I expect them to add offline access in the future. In the meantime, you can access your offline emails using ProtonMail Bridge and Thunderbird.
