It is critical for sri lanka. Local fiat is worthless right now but not so much due to bad fiscal policy, but because of lack of exports revenue, since the disastrous fertilizer ban last year, which plummeted agro production. They have no usd to import oil. It is a gold oportunity for bitcoin legal adoption because it can mean new revenue streams and development.
