What is the more accurate to use: Bisq or RoboSats ?
Here's another post, here on SN, with an article that has some more info on RoboSats:
Check out my Bitcoin Magazine article on RoboSats! #45169 https://bitcoinmagazine.com/business/robosats-private-bitcoin-exchange
RoboSats uses Lightning network only, thus there is a trading size limits as payments on Lightning for larger amounts (currently) may not be as reliable (i.e., greater chance of failure in completion).
Here's how to get started with RoboSats:
To trade on RoboSats, you will need to use it through Tor (e.g., Tor Browser), but there is a "View" only website you can use to see how it looks and see the orderbook:
Bisq, on the other hand, doesn't use a browser. It is software that you install that runs a payment protocol that exists on top of bitcoin. Bisq is for on-chain bitcoin payments only, meaning no Lightning support (yet, ... Bisq v2 is in development).
One caveat, ... for both RoboSats and Bisq, you will need some bitcoin first in order to buy bitcoin. (essentially a security guarantee that is required to help ensure that you aren't just wasting the time of your trading counterparty).

Thank you for this detailed comparison!

I use both, what do you mean "more accurate"?

Your question does not make sense. Both are good to use, just depends on how much you want to trade (Robosats has a 3million sat limit), whether you want to use lightning or not (Bisq does not use lightning), and which platform's approach to privacy you prefer.

reply
Yes basically are both exchanges, as a broad term, and you can buy/sell bitcoin on both. They just differ in how they work

Both are very good in what they want to achieve. The Bisq network is more or less mature now, while robosats is very new. Other than than love them both.
