businesses have windows and garages too, but I mean equivalent in purpose.

They say its not for residential yet.  But someday.

I think I've seen some stuff like this before. In cases where you want to open the window, this is cool, but seems to require more space than a traditional window.
Otherwise it's just a garage door.
