What I want to refer to is, what is the video game soundtrack that seems so good to you that you listen to it frequently without playing the video game, for example on YouTube.

in my case, it happens to me with various Final Fantasy, VII, VI , IX, also with Mass effect, Skyrim, Tokyo Xanadu and Tekken 3, I love the music of all these video games, tell me which one is that soundtrack for you.

I've never played Octopath traveller, is it a good RPG? the song reminds me a bit of some of FFXII's.

I recommend "Wandering Sword" over Octopath Traveler. It has the same interesting 3D/2D aesthetic, but with substantially better plot and character depth (this goes for almost every recruitable character, and there's quite a bit of them). The only thing I like about Octopath Traveler is its OST and visuals.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance Metal Gear Solid series (especially 3 & V) Stardew Valley TES3: Morrowind

I also enjoy some tracks from The Witcher 3, but many of them don't work for me outside of gameplay.
