Why do these companies have so much cash reserves?
Why arent they putting it back into their workers?

I do wish they would do this, in addition, allocate to hard money. At the end of the day, the company can allocate how it and its shareholders want to. There is alot of cash on the sideline right now do to interest rates being high. I think many are going to start deploying capital soon once rates drop.

Because you are planning for the long run, it is essential to survive crises and sustain your business for as long as possible. Additionally, having a reserve of cash allows you to provide severance pay to workers in the event of layoffs.

Pretty cool - hopefully it works well for them, I'm sure we are going to see alot more companies in the stock market allocate towards Bitcoin as a treasury solution. Let's see if the game theory plays out!
