OP, what is the APR showing? The total amount someone can make if they lease a channel on pool for a year?

Yes, I believe that's correct - however, there are a couple of constraints still in place.

  1. Only BOS Score nodes can sell liquidity
  2. The only time-frame available for Pool leases right now is 2 weeks (2016 blocks)

So assuming you have a BOS node and that you find a new buyer every two weeks, you can earn 5.2% APR on your liquidity as of today.
