This tool reads the DNS records for a BIP 353 lightning address, much like a lightning wallet would query a server for lnurl-based lightning addresses, and returns the Bolt12 pay code and/or the silent payment address.

What is the difference between bolt 12 and BIP 353? Is it combining LN and onchain in one human readable address?
