LNbits has been chosen as lightning accounts management and LNURL Pay provider (thanks @BITKARROT)

The lightning address for the server announcement bot has been switched to the LNbits instance. Similarly, for more testing, I've changed my own nostr profile to reflect a different lightning address to test this in production.
