I wasn’t planning to do another episode so soon but some pitches are too good not be shared. So, welcome to another edition of Unhittable, where we marvel at the wonder that is modern day pitching.
With the help of Pitching Ninja, Rob Friedman, let’s have a look at Rays starting pitcher Taj Bradley absolutely paint a 100mph fastball down and away to a left handed hitter.
That’s a video game pitch. I am not sure you can tick the corner and bottom of the zone any better. That pitch was Unhittable!
Sats for all, GR

You don’t hit that pitch. At best you foul it off and hope to get a better one. The cat and mouse of pitchers and hitters is great to see especially when it’s two guys that know each other well.

Did you see Ohtani's homer? That would be an excellent submission for @StillStackinAfterAllTheseYears Somehow Hittable series.

I just saw it, wow. 92 with movement off the plate away, pulled down the line. None of that makes sense. He’s seeing beach balls right now. Everything is hitting his barrel.

I'm embarrassed that I hadn't even checked out the homer. I hadn't been planning on a series, but if enough pitches get hit out of the park, may have to do it.
