I know this is stupid but please here me out so you don't make the same mistake.
I was tryi'g to build a multisig setup a couple years ago, I was such a genious that I used the same (single) wallet to set it up on Sparrow, using three diffrent account XPUBs from the wallet, so I was able to create the magnificent wallet in which my money is loked-up now using three xpubs. It's locked up bc I sent some to it as a try but now after 2 years that I thought the money was safe just find out I was wrong. I tried to sign a TX out with the hardware wallet it's saying 'invalide PSBT' whatever that means.
Now, I know it's embarassing to ask for help like that, but I need help sorting this ouyy. Maybe I am wrong it's not locked but experties isn't high enough to know.

What hardware wallet did you use? I don’t think your funds are lost.

https://coldcard.com/docs/multisig/
This link should help you. Basically you need to import the wallet you created with sparrow into the coldcard. There’s some settings in the “multisig > trust psbt?”Section of the menu that will help.

Thanks, I tried that but the coldcard is not accepting the wallet file, it's saying ">>Yikes<<" and a bunch of error codes. I don't know if it's bc of the wallet setup using multiple accounts of the same key. Bc when I create a different Multisig using another wallet manifacturer the coldcard accept the wallet file ok.
