In my country we named it rolls
Sushi is the overall name of different types. This specific is called Makizushi (巻き寿司, "rolled sushi") or short "Maki".
Wow. I become smarter everyday.
I thought if you put fresh fish on the rice - you get sushi. If you roll some stuff like crab, cucumber, cheese, etc inside rice and wrap it it with Nori - you get rolls
