My 49ers play your Vikings this Sunday in Minnesota. Oddly enough the 49ers have not won in Minnesota since 1992. I reckon that is going to change on Sunday.

Current line is 49ers -5.

Here's how it works:

Stackers will vote below on whose team will win against the spread (so 49ers need to win by 6 or more. If you think the Vikings will win or the 49ers will win by less than 5 pick the Vikings. If you think the 49ers will win by more than 5 pick the 49ers). Whichever stacker's team wins on Sunday, they will get all the sats zapped to this post. Not only that the loser must zap every stacker that selected the winning team against the spread a minimum of 21 sats.

I think that’s fair. Vikings are a good team at home and 49ers have trouble there for whatever reason. Still think the 49ers win by at least 1 TD but I don’t think it will be a blowout.

This is the worst game the 49ers have played since week 1 2022. They got lucky on the muffed punt return and then Purdy just hands the ball to them at the 10.

They were giving up a lot of yards to the running back up the middle. SF just ran out of time. But a good win for the vikings. They might be competitive this year if they stay healthy.

Yes the 49ers ran well. They have one of the top running games in football. Vikings have looked good so far. Hopefully Jefferson isn't hurt badly and they can continue playing well. I think they have one of the best coaching staffs in the league.

It makes a difference. CMC is defending offensive player of the year but if the 49ers can't beat the Vikings with the other 10 all pros they have in the lineup, they should rethink their Super Bowl aspirations.

That’s the worst game the 49ers have played since week 1 2022. Including the Ravens game last year. They weren’t actually that bad in that game but Ravens played great and got all the bounces. 49ers were off in all facets today. Credit to Vikings, they played well. I think we learned that not having CMC is a big problem for the OLine. He is the blitz buster, check down master. Mason can’t do that. Vikings didn’t need to respect Mason in the passing game at all. I thought this IR stint for CMC wasn’t a big deal. A bit concerned now.

I am excited to see how Mason does when the opponent has time to strategize against him. He was incredible Monday but I think it helped him that the Jets prepped for CMC who likes to run outside the tackles and plays a huge role in the pass game but instead got a power run attack that was focused between the tackles.

Ugh you were right. Vikings DLine teed off on 49ers weaker OLine without CMC as a check down option. Bad game all around for 49ers but my biggest takeaway is the offense needs the CMC threat to fire on all cylinders.
