Hello Stackers!
It's Thursday so that means it's Throwback Thursday Time!
Throwback Thursday is changing, (or rather, I'm trialing something out).
I'm going to give you a bunch of clues and I want you to guess the year and comment a song from that year. Highest ranked correct answer (by zaprank) gets the bounty. Entries close prior to "Feel Good Friday" Post.
🚨A guess without a correct song doesn't win, both your guess and the song must be from the correct year.🚨
Here we go!
  • Pete Rose becomes baseball's all-time hits leader.
  • Microsoft released the Windows operating system, a sequel to its popular MS-DOS.
  • U.S. Route 66 was officially decommissioned on June 27.
  • Live Aid.
  • On May 16, scientists from the British Antarctic Survey announced the discovery of the ozone hole.
  • A team of oceanographers led by Robert Ballard discovered the wreckage of the RMS Titanic at a depth of about 13,000 feet.
And this song was released March 22nd.
Tears for fears - everybody wants to rule the world.

i understand where is my misunderstanding. On Wikipedia in Spanish, 1984 is the year of recording, 1985 is the year of the release ;)
