I recently saw that kalyx OS now supports 3 motorola models that cost around 100-150€. It seems a much better option than pixels that a recent model costs around 500-600€. That's a lot of sats to be saved. Graphene+pixel are fine, but kalyx not so bad if the goal is to just avoid giving data to big tech. What do you think? The thing I hate the most of those expensive phones if the lack of jack audio.

a pixel of course can't be trusted. it's google, the data vacuum will be built in on the back end.
motorola, also a western phone, will be similarly compromised. I just went to the page, and support is discontinued for the only phone in the list I would have halfway trusted - the Xiaomi phone....

The one thing Western intelligence agency has more access to is non jurisdictional hardware...

I see it is important for you that WESTERN spy agencies don’t have access, then 👍
(Even though you never know these days)

obviously. Think about this for more than a second and without an ideological short-circuit and it's obvious that this is a rational decision

probably, yeah. But two differences:
The backdoor access to Western phones has been proven. There's hacker material on how the hardware is compromised. No similar proof exists for Chinese phones, though if I had to bet on it, yeah, I assume there's something there too.
More importantly though, whatever a Chinese phone would maybe collect doesn't end up in hands where it cancels my bank account, gets me under surveillance, nudges employers not to hire me, puts me on an extra-check list at airports, or any such thing where I live. So I don't give a damn.
