Kind of incredible to see this. It was going to be used as a base for first responders, too.

I saw the video last night before I fell asleep and was shaken. Milton was supposedly only a Cat 3 when it hit Tampa which blows my mind that it failed with only 120 mph winds. That was also where they were housing a ton of Nat Guard people....

Saw video of it late last night. Pretty wild. I have family in Florida but they are on the east coast and it seems the storm had slowed down by the time it got to them.

Same -- our family's in the southeast, so other than some semi-close calls with a few tornados, were mainly away from the storm's impact.

My family is in St Lucie county so it looks like the did have a tornado in that area.

St. Petersburg to vote on fixing Tropicana Field
The city of St. Petersburg faced a hefty price tag to repair Tropicana Field, home of the Tampa Bay Rays, after Hurricane Milton ripped apart the stadium’s roof last year.
Contractors estimated it would cost $55.7 million to get the Trop game ready, including fixing substantial water damage to the interior.
The city has an insurance policy that may pay less than half of that amount. The deductible stands at $22.5 million. Replacing the roof comes to $22.7 million.
