Does wagyu even matter for a hot dog? A place in Austin sells wagyu burgers. Isn't the whole point of wagyu is more fat, and in both the case of hot dogs and burgers, more fat can be added?
I have it in good authority that adding the word wagyu makes meat four times as expensive and therefore twice as good!
