We are getting closer to the end of the group phase. The top teams are pushing to get closer to the posts that will take them to next round. Some of them are not achieving the results that they were expecting. Let's take a closer look to it.

On fire

Liverpool does not stop. Another week, another win. A close result (0-1) but enough to remain at the top of the table and almost qualified for the last 16 round. Close to them, 3 points away, Barça finished the match against Borussia with 5 goals (2-3) in the second half , in an outstanding performance in Germany. A group of 6 teams, with 13 points, follow them. Inter lost against Leverkusen and both teams are at the top 8 along with English sides, Arsenal and Aston Villa, and French surprises, Brest and Lille

Hot zone

Despite of winning their matches, Atletico, Bayern and AC Milan, are still out of the top 8 posts but just 1 point away. Dortmund is also with 12 points. Real Madrid, after winning in a thrilling game against Atalanta, goes up in the table up to 20th, far away of their expectations at the beginning of the season. Man City is going through difficult moments after losing again yesterday against Juventus. They are just one point above being eliminated.

Freezing cold

PSG remains in elimination zone despite of winning in Salzburg, though is only one point of difference. Stuttgart is also close to the play-off zone. RB Leipzig, Slovan Bratislava and Young Boys are the first teams to be eliminated.

Stacker rankings

This week, @TNStacker obtained 19 points, thanks to predicting correctly 5 results and two of them the exact one. I followed him, 4 points short, and @IamSINGLE and @Coinsreporter shared the third place. Congrats to everyone!
After 6 weeks, I remain at the top, 74 points, having increased slightly the gap again. @TNStacker has climbed to the second position, 67, and @ChrisS remains third with 65 points. @Undisciplined has climbed to the 4th place, 63, and @beorange, 61, has been relegated to the 5th. @grayruby have lost a few posts after a bad week, going down from 2nd to 6th with 60 points.

So close and yet so far in many of the matches. With the exception for City, which keeps surprising me week after week.

Yes, City not performing well. Still plenty of points to earn, keep going!
