Mind you HTLC and 2-2 multisig are the most used contracts in the world, that means DeFi practically exist in Bitcoin onchain, that means Liquid UTXO may be the best.

There are couple of projects coming on Liquid. It takes time apparently. Fuji money and Bitmatrix.
