For every round the deadline for pick submission will be the start time of the last match but then you can't pick teams from the completed matches which means you'll have less options to pick if you pick late.

You can also pick the same team for as many times as you like.

Those who haven't joined till now, can now buy in the pool even before the last match for this round between MS and BH begins.
