Howdy Music Lovers!

@SN_MusicPool already heard a distant sound of jingle bells, the best of ~Music. To spread the love much before Christmas the pool brings you "daily 1k sats bounty".

Today's Question:Today's Question:

What do you think the world would be like without music?

I can't imagine this world without music; or I opine that without music the world would be boring. Then I think music isn't the only thing humans get recreation from. The world may still have "food of love"; may be in some other form. The pool is really confused and needs help to know how would the world be without music?

Talk Music. Share Tracks. Zap Sats.

Quieter, perhaps less joyful, but not devoid of creativity or emotion. Humans would find other outlets for expression and connection, like art or dance. Life would adapt, but we'd miss that universal language of melody and rhythm.

The best answer and very logical. If I were to decide you win 😉

reply

It'd be meaningless.

The world without music would be sad and empty, music is that magic that makes this world make sense. Music is Life, it is the essence of all those who enjoy it.

reply

Define music. No birdsong? No nature's orchestra? Is that not music?

reply

As the pool says the best answer recieves the bounty; be it by improving upon the question.

So, consider what's the best definition of music.

I'll only tell you sir the definition from web.

Music is

vocal, instrumental, or mechanical sounds having rhythm, melody, or harmony

Or,

Music is the arrangement of sound to create some combination of form, harmony, melody, rhythm, or otherwise expressive content.

Secular governments will impose a lockdown due to 90% of the population having a nervous breakdown. Every home will be treated as a solitary confinement facility.

reply

It can't be counted out.

reply

When thinking about this my brain went a few different directions. Like the reply above/below is there still the sound of nature? Then those that are deaf 🧏‍♂️ sound still enjoy the sound waves.

Music is something that all cultures have and use in many different ways. Without it I wonder how we would express our emotions?

reply

I like your response with another question.

reply

Very sad, without music life is no fun. How our feelings and emotions would be translated without the combination of music and poetry? Through music we remember both happy and sad moments of our existence. I believe that many have had the experience of listening to a song that you hadn't heard for a long time, and from that moment on, you remembered a certain period with some kind of feeling.

reply

It would be a quieter place, but not in the way that invites peace it would be a silence that strips away color from emotion, rhythm from time, and connection from the soul. I can't even imagine how dull the world would feel :(

reply

It wouldn't be this world at all with out music. Music is everywhere.

reply

I accept that. Music is the food for soul and without soul the world will not be there.

Quiet Place part III :-)

If there was no music, it'd be invented/discovered.

Birds = chirping, including crow? Wave = sometimes they roar Wind = Listening to them when there's a hurricane is music.

Music is the arrangement of sound to create some combination of form, harmony, melody, rhythm, or otherwise expressive content.

I don't disagree to what you mentioned in your comment but I just want everyone to think of Music in broader terms. Every sound isn't music. If it be, then, whatever we speak should also be Music!
