And we keep selling..
I wanted to share with you some thoughts.. and I wanted to know what you think about this question?
Do you think that fear makes you buy more?
1️⃣Yes
2️⃣No
The truth is that I think that this is something very important to understand.. Absolutely everything that we buy in life serves to reduce or eliminate our levels of fear..
!!It is something unfortunate but the more fear you have, the more consumerist you become!!
And that is the reality because material goods have been created to cover insecurities and gaps that are generated through different moments of our life...
And as society loses part of its fundamental values... its morals, people become more consumerist and it is that these goods help fill voids...
So we must sell good products that change and improve life by generating value for the human being.
And I want to give a simple example...
For example if you see
"Peanuts in the supermarket" Food that generates Energy...
We could say that the fear there is... "Losing energy" and that is because peanuts have become a cheap, delicious food that is easy to get and you buy them out of hunger
But also out of fear of losing energy if it were only for appetite you could choose bread or cookies or fruit or something else...
And a simpler example...
It would be a chewing gum!! It takes away the fear that people won't accept you because your mouth smells bad..
And I could pose several situations but the thing is that fears create emptiness and deficiencies in people and this leads us to look for those suppliers, a product or brand that fills those gaps.
We would also say that for that reason the more spiritual you become the less things you buy..
Because spiritual people lose most of their fears.
Now I want to tell you that if you want to be a good salesperson you should not create fears that lead the person to buy from you to mitigate or remove them.
Answer the survey.

Society has turned us into consumerist beings, based on what we believe we need, whether for health, vanity or any reason that leads us to buy or consume a product or service.

100% yes. The tactics of media is to give people things to be scared about, so they will seek a "solution" or comfort. Look at the pharma industry. They aren't healing anyone.
People being scared sheep is crucial to keep the current system alive and thriving.

Exactly the evil pharmaceutical industry... is an excellent example! It's incredible how they play by creating fears and fictitious diseases so they can sell their junk product to the masses!! And become even richer!!
