I realized that recently I've been wating too much time and energy on some non-productive things. Right now I'm in the process to correct myself.

Sleeping is definitely not a waste of time! Try to sleep at least 7 hours.
Sometimes I get caught up on reading r/asksingapore, but I think it’s okay to be unproductive sometimes. We are not robots
