I have ordered a miner from the D-Central mining company about three weeks ago and since the order confirmation email, I haven't received any further information about shipping. I tried to open an issue ticket on their website twice and didn't receive a response. Also, their phone line doesn't seem to connect. I know there is increased demand, as one would expect in a bull market, but can't they at least answer their e-mails/phones?
Has anyone else had any issues with this company before?
