Update to #845781 on my three month challenge

Starting weight 87 kg and around 27.4% body fat

Today’s weight 84 kg and 25% body fat.

So I have dropped 3 kg and two odd percent body fat in around a week

Has been challenging having two solid meals at around 500-700 calories each. No snacks or anything else.

Except Saturday we had a wedding but I did an extended fast and ate my first and all meals in one go at the wedding with some beers. I would estimate around 2000 calories for that day.

Exercise wise I have been doing the daily push ups , some kettle bell or medicine ball work.

This morning did 10 x 40m sprints walk back to start recovery

I’m thinking the first month most of my progress will come from diet but as I drop the easy weight the exercise will have to step up to shake the last bit of stubborn fat.

Would like to get to 75 kg and under 20% body fat

Solid progress. Keep it up!

awesome!! increase your walking as much as possible. try to stand all day if you can as well.

I do have a sit stand desk I should do that more for sure! Thanks for the tip
