Back to action tonight. It is time for the final push of this phase group. In 10 days time, we will have the teams who qualify straight forward to last 16 round and the ones that will qualify for play-offs. Tonight, stackers should be paying attention to three out of nine matches.

If the English side wins, they will almost secure a spot in the last 16 round.
Then, at 9:00 PM CET, Benfica will receive Barcelona in Lisbon. Even though is not performing well just recently in La Liga, they managed to clinch the first title over a week ago. They beat Real Madrid at Super Cup (2-5). They have also had a rough time in the admin side as Dani Olmo's inscription was contested by La Liga. Government got involved and Barça was authorized till additional information from the club is considered. Meanwhile, Benfica is second in the Primeira Liga, chasing Sporting Lisbon who beat them just before the year ended.
Finally, Liverpool will receive Lille at Anfield (9:00PM CET) to remain at the top of the table. They are heading towards achieving the full amount of points. We will see if they are able to achieve it. They remain at the top of the Premiership, 6 points clear from Arsenal and one match to play. Impressive year for Liverpool. Lille has not lost any of their last 4 matches (1 win and 3 draws). Will they hold Liverpool tonight?
