Kind of related but I had a friend earnestly ask me about https://www.atxdao.com/ the other day, which more or less seems like an ICO with the appearance of voting rights. They have a team of 12 which is bonkers to me and makes me thinking it's an incredibly inefficient, unregulated for-profit LARPing as a non-profit.
