I have been running sms4sats.com for over a year and just opened up my API at https://docs.sms4sats.com also just added /sms command into @lntxbot via sms4sats.com API.

its a telegram bot, it requires you to have telegram installed to utilize the bot.

and which you can't use without a mobile number?
