pull down to refresh

From a very early age I have liked to exercise (walking, jogging, playing soccer or any physical activity) when I was little I walked with my father from my house to the airport which was in an industrial area at that time I was 8 years old, then in my adolescence I was able to do physical activities that they sent me in high school, at age 20 I emigrated from my country and moved to a very busy city having a work routine of 10 to 12 hours in which I had not been able to make room for exercise neglecting my health both mental and physical, lowered my performance at work and in my daily life, only realizing that I was harming myself led me to take action on the matter, together with my brother and my sister-in-law made the decision to go back to the GYM (a place where you practice exercise and sports). Yesterday we started our first day. On Monday we will have our evaluation (weight, height, fat level) to decide what exercise plan we should do, since each one needs different routines. I sincerely feel very motivated and with incredible expectations about this process that I have started and that I hope I can continue until it becomes a habit.
I share with you some images from the beginning of this process:
And have you attended a GYM or Gym?
Or do you prefer to exercise outdoors?
I am delighted to be able to read your comments and thank you reading.
We had gym memberships for a few years. That was mostly because the gym had free childcare for a couple of hours, while we were working out. I generally prefer exercising outside, but when I have gym access, I like to get on the various weight machines and get some different exercise than normal.

Exercising where you feel most comfortable will help you move forward. I just hope you can and continue exercising.
