-Sport: need to sudate to eliminate some toxins,
-Vegetable: honey, beetroot,celery... clean artery and etc....)
-Drinks: Green tea/Salvia/horse's tail/water from artichoke...
-Fasting: no food for a certain amount of time (24h once a week, or a week or 10 days... but be carefull how to do it ) or 1 meal/day or 2 meals/day but with a gap of 6-8hours in between)
-Do you have other solutions ?
Personally I wish I had a sauna or steam room....as they can really make you feel refreshed after a deep sweat.
However, a warm epsom salt bath gives 75% of the same effect. Particularly is good after some cardio workout.
