I took these photos on my first outing day of the year, and it all came about because the day was cold and rainy, so my girlfriend and I wanted to get some soup to warm up.
I know a place located in the middle of the mountains in my city that sells wood-fired soup, and it's incredibly delicious, so we went there. To our surprise, as we started driving up the mountain, we found that everything was shrouded in thick fog, so I started taking a few photos along the way:
After a while of driving carefully, we arrived at the place. I took a few photos to show you the location, and as you can see, everything was still foggy:
I asked my girlfriend to take a couple of photos of me. I don't usually appear in photos, but this day was special, and I wanted a photo there.
We went into the restaurant and ordered the soup. It was delicious as always. Here's a photo of what we ordered:
After eating, we decided to continue driving up the mountain for a while to keep enjoying the day and take more photos.
Along the way, it's very common to find these crosses that commemorate people who died in accidents on this road.
We headed to a tourist spot on this mountain known as "Windy Hill," so named because it's extremely windy there. When we arrived, there were already a few people there!
I kept driving up the mountain because I wanted to go to another place, but the fog was so thick that it started to scare me to drive in those conditions. I couldn't see anything ahead!
So we decided to turn back, and on the way back, I took these photos:
I love taking photos when there's a lot of fog, so I was super excited about these photos. I hope you liked them as much as I did!
