What is the aim of institutional and governmental adoption of Bitcoin?
The aim of institutions and governments is precise: to integrate Bitcoin into the current system as a simple SoV to prolong the existence of this flawed system.
This is obvious, and understandable when you see that American banks are authorized to offer Bitcoin self-custody for their clients.
Everything is being done to ensure that these third parties regain their place between people and money.
Yet the very purpose of Bitcoin is to free us from these middlemen. If you reread Satoshi Nakamoto's first messages in the early days of Bitcoin, he makes this very clear. There's no doubt about it.
As Bitcoiners, we must not be fooled and make sure that this adoption goes in the direction of the Bitcoin revolution.
The aim is to ensure that Bitcoin can establish itself as an alternative system to the current one, rather than simply being integrated into it. This is the only way for the Bitcoin revolution to reach its full potential.
In a nutshell, it could be summed up this way: the aim of adopting Bitcoin is to make them become more like us, rather than us becoming more like them.
Never lose sight of the Bitcoin revolution, and don't let the profits in weak money turn your head!
