Hey @benwehrman, I don't know how people usually set up AMA's with you, but I was just talking to someone on nostr who's interested in doing one.
Chris Liss (npub1dtf79g6grzc48jqlfrzc7389rx08kn7gm03hsy9qqrww8jgtwaqq64hgu0) was the managing editor at RotoWire for a long time and now he's an independent sports media figure.
Just messaged him! Is he on other socials as well? Nostr DMs can be a lil finicky sometimes, hopefully he gets it

Thanks!
He probably is, but I'm not so I don't know. He did already make a SN account and has been active: @6ad3e2a348

I think he could just show up by himself if he doesn't want an announcement (or announce himself).
If he wants to get sats, he should attach a wallet before posting.
I'll work on a prompt for that today.

Welcome @6ad3e2a348!
@Undisciplined was right on nostr, we haven't made onboarding easy yet, especially attaching a wallet to send & receive sats. This is currently my focus (maybe I'll share our whiteboard session regarding it later today in ~meta).
The easiest option to start receiving sats is to enter a lightning address here. Many (custodial) wallets provide one, for example Strike or Wallet of Satoshi.
I can also recommend checking out the FAQ, it should answer at least basic questions about credits vs sats.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
