Recently opened. Built by a consortium of the Army (Gaesa), and granted to the Spanish group Iberostar, the K-23 Tower, 154 meters high and 42 floors, in Havana. It is located in the historic neighborhood of El Vedado.
The state press cites the name of engineer Alejandro Manuel Silva as being responsible for the work. The project was announced in 2008, but construction only began in 2018.
