I'm not gonna lie is I was Silver I’d be either calling the team, the union, or Ja himself and tell him to grow up or get suspended. Well maybe not suspended because the team should suffer from his stupidity but hit him with a fine and even discuss it with the Union cause I’m not sure the Players Union wants to even keep dealing with this idiot…

I mean I get it I just don't see how he ends up “winning” this. The League isn't going to play about this because the optics of him being such an idiot with a gun hurt them and the players union…. Well players are getting hella paid right now so it kinda like why mess up a good thing

He ends up winning, because he's got hundreds of millions of dollars in his mid-twenties and might be the most popular athlete in Memphis history.
Fighting the league's dumb virtue signal rules has worked for guys before.

He lost most of his endorsements and if the league suspends him without pay it wipes out the rest. I'm also going to go out on a limb and say he probably is an idiot with money as well so no telling what he truly has. He has the opportunity to make hundreds of millions but brands don't want to be associated with an idiot and a gun

We'll see how strong brands' principles are when it's clear that his fans aren't going to abandon him.
Also, the players' union will support him in continuing to get paid, because they don't want the league to have very much power to deny guys their money over dumb cultural stuff.
