Moving is always tough on your schedule. Good for you for sticking to your run schedule.

Question what shoes are you running in? I’m running my easy runs in Nike Pegasus 35 turbos and my speed work in Nike flyknit zoom flys
reply
I’ve probably run 75,000 miles in my life and I’d never recommend a pair to anyone. I’d recommend you go to your local running shoe store and have them video record you running. They will determine what “type” of foot striker you are. Recommend that style of shoe, have you try different brands of that style and see what feels best. For me I need “cushion” shoes and the ASICS Gel Cumulus work great for ME. I also rotate shoes to help the foam fully recover between uses. Good luck

I'm currently running in a pair of Asics GT1000. I've been wearing Asics for runs since 2017. I like them and they work great for me.

Do you do all runs in the same shoes or do you rotate pairs?

I do all runs in the same shoes and do not rotate pairs. I only run in my running shoes though. I have another pair of cheaper running shoes that I wear for day to day walking and casual outings.

I'm using some dusty old Adidas
