(WIVB) — The sun was shining on Friday in Orchard Park, as the Bills hosted a “topping out” ceremony at the new Highmark Stadium, during which the final beam for the stadium was placed on top, finalizing the main construction at the site. 2.1 billion...that's a huge investment. Hopefully it will pay off and the stadium will be the team's home for a long time.
