Yes, earlier this week there was a meetup for Bitcoin developers in Brazil (Uaibit), and they told me they used it for a giveaway.
I created it for the hardware wallet giveaways I do on my livestreaming and until today it was used locally. But after finding that other people used it, I then made it available through a website.
