It's nothing new these days that a lot of misinformation/disinformation is being circulated deliberately over social media when there's a conflict between two nations. So is the case in India-Pakistan recent conflict. As a responsible stacker living in the conflicted part of the world, I think I should take charge myself to address the recent ongoings and try to bring you what is substantially true.
April 22: A group of four to seven terrorists killed 26 tourists in Pahalgam while clearly shooting only Hindu men after asking their religion. The men were all shot in front of their wives.
This heinous act of terrorism by the radicals is the biggest attack after 2008 Mumbai attacks. We can't pinpoint the exact motive of terrorist by this attack but I believe that the terrorist organisations weren't happy to see Kashmir becoming economically and politically stable. The tourist footfall in the region increased upto 20 million within just 4 years. Many non-muslim people had also returned to the valley and people from various states were turning up to set up trade and businesses there.
The Kashmiri people (mostly muslim) were very happy with the developments and welcoming tourists with open heart. This all, imo, wasn't liked by the terrorists organisations camping inside Pakistan. So, with a motive to break the peace and create a division among Kashmir and rest of India, the April 22 terror attack was curated.
After the attack it was seen that everyone in India was deeply sad and just wanted the revenge at whatever cost. The first statement from Modi came a day after when he clearly said that no terrorist will be spared wherever they are. He was not only referring to the perpetrators of Pahalgam but also to those who have been involved in previous acts of terror in India.
And between 1:05 AM to 1:30 AM on May 6, Indian Army carried out operation Sindoor by precisely targeting 24 sites at 9 militant locations across Pakistan. This attack killed at least 100 militants including Asad Rauf Azhar, the brother of internationally acclaimed terrorist Masud Azhar, the founder and leader of the Pakistan-based militant organisation Jaish-e-Mohammed. This has been confirmed by Pakistan. FYI, he was the one responsible for the killing of US reporter Daniel Pearl.
After these attacks, India made clear in a press release that it's done this in repose to the terror attack in Pahalgam and no more escalation will be done. But also made clear that Pakistan will be replied in equivalent measures if they escalate it.
Pakistan didn't pay heed and the escalated it further by launching rockets and missiles last night on 15 indian cities which was successfully eradicated by Indian defence system. No harm done, except on the boarder where Pakistan has been shelling on civilian areas where 16 people have been killed.
As was said India responded in the morning and it was a large sale attack with drones on military establishments in various cities including its headquarters in Rawalpindi, Lahore and Karachi. The attack has neutralised the China made pakistan defence system in Lahore which is nearest city to India.
Indian army once again briefed and confirmed about these attacks conducted and in the morning today. It again warned Pakistan against any further escalation or be ready for the retaliation.
Is there a doubt that Pakistan doesn't shelter terrorist?
(This pic says it all: Pakistani Army stands with LeT leader Abdul Rauf)
These should be enough proof to say that India's attack on militants inside Pakistan are justified if Pakistan sponsored terror groups justify the terror attacks on innocent people.
Thank you so much.
Watch out for unbiased and factual updates in the comments.
Pakistan have fired 100s of missiles and drones towards India. All have been intercepted and neutralised. No harm done.
Now india has launced air counter offensive on Lahore, Sialkot and Faislabad.

The US has now assessed that at least one Indian Fighter was shot down in the initial strike. They are still trying to hash out what weapons system was used and highly likely telling Pakistan not to use the F-16 they have.
UPDATE:
Make that two...
"there was high confidence that Pakistan had used the Chinese-made J-10 aircraft to launch air-to-air missiles against Indian fighter jets - bringing down at least two."

Don't run behind one thing. When they go to war, both sides get harmed. Talk about the causes and effects of this. India remarkably neutralised all attacks by Pakistan and conducted a succesful retaliation on the militant and military sites inside Pakistan.
Instead of retaliating, Pakistan should ensure India that it will co-operate in eradicating terrorist sites on its land

Drones have been sighted and neutralised above Jammu Air Base.
