Mixing things up this week and going all in on burpees

Today was day one and it was horrendous 50 total sets of 10

How is it that this somewhat simple exercise is so hard work?!

See if I can get more out tomorrow

I did 10 and thought ah yeah I can do 50 easy maybe 100 by 30i was trying to work out how I would do any more
