Quitting porn isn't about willpower — it's about understanding the trap.
Porn works like a drug. It hijacks your brain's dopamine system, rewires your reward pathways, and keeps you stuck in a loop of endless novelty and instant gratification. The more you consume, the more numb you become to real-life pleasure, motivation, and connection.
The solution?
See it for what it is. A trap. A scam. A digital illusion that steals your time, energy, and potential.
Remove triggers. Clean your environment. Block sites. Delete content. Break the access.
Replace the habit. Hit the gym, build something, learn a skill, meditate, socialize — reclaim your focus.
Understand withdrawals. You’ll feel restless, bored, maybe even depressed for a bit. That’s not you — that’s your brain healing.
Track wins. Days free, energy spikes, clarity returns, motivation surges. You start becoming who you were supposed to be.
It’s not about fighting porn. It’s about walking away from something worthless… and walking toward your real life.
Freedom isn't complicated. It's a decision — then a process.

That, or consume porn in a healty manner. The wife and I enjoy watching it together. It's a net positive for us.
Take away the shame and guilt. There is nothing to be ashamed of. That's probably the puritan American influence speaking.

are u wearing blue light-blocking glasses while watching? do u have a screen filter or watching it on the old bulb TV off a VHS tape?

You overestimate our stamina. No need to worry about blue light for such a short time...

why is ur stamina so low that u cannot enjoy a full-feature porn movie in the background, and why is enjoying a sacred physical love-making ritual so short? the mind-control is very strong!
if u deeply contemplate about the nature of porn addiction, it can potentially give u a glimpse at how to heal others from any addiction; they all work in a similar fashion;

the more i think about a variety of modern-world addictions, the more i see Bitcoin as not necessarily the antidote, but the blueprint for studying the antidote and coming up with a healing methodology on ur own; the disease is all in the head and the antidote is in ur head as well...
to be fair, having actual bitcoin does give back time to think about the multitude of problems in life, and even affords the resources to solve them, albeit as cheaply as possible
