It's bullish for alternative app stores at least.
I'm surprised how it snuck under the radar. Didn't hear anything about it till today.
I was wondering why when setting up a samsung phone it asks if you live in Utah or Other state. Now I know!
Maybe that EU law to allow side-loading could ultimately come in handy - despite it being an atrocious law to have to comply with.
